Rizzo Plumbing & Heating

This was my first time using Rizzo plumbing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I needed a very old cast iron pipe replaced in the basement and a new kitchen sink disposal installed. When I initially reached out, they were responsive and were able to come out and give a quote quickly (which was done for no charge). They sent a written quote and scheduled service in a very reasonable time frame. I found the price to very fair and drastically lower than a quote I had gotten from another company. When they came to do the work they were extremely professional and respectful of both me and my house. They answered any questions I had and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone involved was just very kind and it was a wonderful experience.

I have been a homeowner for over 40 years. I have used various plumbing and heating firms over that time, many were fine. Rizzo is by far, the most professional, efficient and trustworthy firm i have ever dealt with. The gentlemen that came to evaluate our situation ,had to deliver some unwanted news about a relatively new tankless system that was installed 6 years ago, and was shot. Unexpected news for us. Yet, could have been much worse if they didn't step up, replace the unit, and prevent a much bigger problem, Mike was the technician and was efficient pleasant and totally helpful. Office staff is great, and helped take some of the sting out of the cost with helpful rebate guidance. We had another problem with an electric water heater that was not working great, much smaller fix but resolved that problem to perfection. This is a TERRIFIC firm.. I will use no-one else in the future.

Outstanding in every way! Joe arrived the day after my contact with the office. He was professional, efficient and friendly. As well, he adhered to the pandemic safe practices by wearing a mask and gloves. Everything is working fine and the price was most reasonable.

I've used Rizzo Plumbing twice. They are a solid company with good communication, positive attitude and qualified plumbers. Pricing isn't cheap but fair, maybe slightly above average cost but I would use them again.

Judy was pleasant and quick to respond. Her partner came out within 2 days to access the job. By the end of the week we had a reasonable quote and appointment to complete the work. Clean, professional and reliable. Would do repeat business with no hesitation and will recommend them to everyone!

My third time using them. Quick and professional. Not sure how their prices compare, but I trust them. They installed a new water heater for me while I was at work with no hassle.

His name was Mike, he worked so fast and we couldn't believe it. Reasonable pricing, cleaned up everything after the work and it was a great job. Very nice and cordial. I had a guy before to do a job but it was terrible that he works so slow and charges so much.

Excellent- he was on time, professional and easy to talk to. I had another issue in which he recommended I buy a whole new faucet given age of the current one and I feel he did all the necessary work without doing anything unnecessary. Completely recommend.

fine---initial call returned same day by mr rizzo to discuss job. office then called to set up appt. mr rizzo came by to review everything and then appt made to complete. very pleased and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs!

They showed up early. They completed the work in what I thought was a short amount of time. They were very professional. They were careful not to damage anything as they worked. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. I thought the price was very fair. I would hire them again.

They did a great job. I was happy to be going with an independent licensed plumber who would make sure all work was permitted and to code. They were able to accommodate my work schedule and turn around the replacement in a time frame that met my needs. The price was in the middle of the expected range, the work was done quickly and very professionally. They picked up and cleaned the place so you wouldn't know they had ever been there. They provided warnings about being aware of potential changes in water temperature with the new heater to avoid burn potential when showering, and to run my washer without a load to prevent contamination from any residue in the system, which was helpful. I would definitely use them again.

They were super responsive and were able to fit us into their schedule within 24 hours. They showed up on time and did excellent work again.

Could not have had a better experience. Unless it were free. Called two other Angie list HVAC companies before this one, neither returned my calls. Rizzo picked up on first ring, nice. Scheduled me for next day to fix boiler. Showed up right on time. I have a very, very old boiler they could have told me anything was the problem and it would have cost me a furtune. Instead they found a bad transformer and a couple other small fixable issues. Fixed swiftly and professionally. I would absolutely use Rizzo again.

Called Rizzo (who I had used in the past to replace a toilet flange) and they came out same day! This was not expected and very much appreciated. John came out and addressed the issue (which was not as bad as I had feared) and was on time as well as professional in the work, advice and potential solutions. What could have been a very expensive issue was not because John took the time to really address the problem and not just start tearing into my wall only to find out it was something else. I have found the company I will use going forward for any plumbing needs

Awesome. Only company that returned my call (this was 2015 and we had back to back blizzards) They came out, quoted me, and did the work that day.

Came same day as called, the crew was in and out of my home in less than an hour. They were clean, professional and explained everything. Would definitely use them again!
