It is going fine!

They were on time and did everything I asked them to do. They did an awsome job and I will use them again in future.

They're the best company I've had so far. I have a tough property, they show up, they mow the lawn, that's it and the deal is fair. They show up when I am not home and when I get home everything is done. The neighbors who have watched my home say they're very nice and all that kind of stuff. I usually leave a message and they get back to me very quickly.

In the end, they were not able to provide the residential snow removal service that I was looking for. It was refreshing to get a very responsive call back from Elaine, who even went as far as to recommend some other folks to check with. Too many contractors these days just are not responsive. This is not one of them. I will keep their contact info handy for future opportunities.

Very responsive to my request for the initial quote and when a storm hit before I got back to them they were proactive and went ahead and did the job.
They did an excellent job!

When I called over an hour after the appointed time to make sure I wasn't mistaken on day and/or time, I was told (by the very nice receptionist) that Paul had been called to another job that morning. I understand if there is a conflict and an appointment needs to be rescheuled, but my expectation is to at least have the courtesy of a call letting me know the appointment can't be kept.

They did a fantastic job. They never billed us. They were completely accountable, they came when they said they would and did a great job.

They did an outstanding job, from start to finish. Gave us a very detailed estimate of the work to be done and all the info we needed to decide on type of pavers, design options, etc. Tremendously professional. Craftsmanship was outstanding. They worked hard to get it done before the winter set in. Graded the driveway carefully so water flows off it correctly.

We got one other quote from a smaller shop that was a little less but felt much more confident with going with Caruso and are very happy that we did. Highly recommend them.

Contacted Caruso Landscape and left a message and phone # regarding a large hardscape project. Two weeks and phone call was NEVER returned.

I HAD SOME VERY SPECIFIC IDEAS ABOUT WHAT I WANTED THE OVERALL LANDSCAPE TO LOOK LIKE AND PAUL MADE SURE HE SPOKE WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE TRANSFORMATION. HE WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO MAKE CHANGES AS WE WENT ALONG AND OFFERED SOME GREAT SUGGESTIONS. EVERYONE ON HIS TEAM IS POLITE AND EAGER TO DO THE JOB WELL. PAUL, THE OWNER, IS RESPONSIVE - RETURNING ALL OF MY PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH OUR SOD AND HE CAME BACK AND REPLACED THE PROBLEM AREA, NO CHARGE.
