A highly trained person capable of repairing you unit in a timely manner as long as parts are available.what impressed me the most was a lot of parts in stock and his direct line to tec support if he needed a look up or a question answered..the 100.00 house call was not only worth it but was less the others around that did not have a appointment for a week..these guys came out same day at half the cost ..

The Job was done professionally and correct. I am very pleased for the work that was done. The service person carried himself in a kind and respectful manner. I love that fact that from the time I called, he respond back immediately, and was able to come out the same day and get the job done. In this day and age, that is hard to come by. An added bonus for me, is the fact he seemed honest and upfront about all the fees and stuck to it, without trying to take advantage of the situation in any way.
