Description of Work: New roof. They came when scheduled, did the work plus a couple of extra things we asked, and cleaned up when they were done. A neighbor also had them do some work after she saw our work, and she was happy too.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof on my single family home. Their price was competitive, but came down $200, or 3%, to beat a competitor's offer to win the job. They showed up on the date and time scheduled and worked diligently to complete the job in 1.5 days. The crew was friendly and cooperative and left the yard cleaner than when it was when they arrived.

Description of Work: I would definitely recommend Winter Hill General Contracting. They re-sided our three family converted condo building. During our research phase, they gave a fair price, one of our lowest prices, and presented it to us with a laid back approach. This was after another nightmare contractor tried to "close the deal" Tin Men style by pushing us to sign a contract before we checked references. Winter Hill was great to deal with, and followed through and did what they said they would do. They performed a miracle on our house, replacing faded dented aluminum siding with vinyl patches all over, with a quality brand name siding and awesome Double-Snap trim around all windows and doors with the J-channel built in that looks like real wood trim. It looks so much better than all our neighbors' homes who sided in the last 20 years. Definitely meet them if your re-doing your home.
