8 man Team arrived first thing in the morning and completed all work including a through clean up before noon.

We are very happy with the final result. We have a 100+ year Victorian Home. The wood shingles were damaged on the front but in reasonable conditions on the other 3 sides. Winter Hill completely replaced the front and patched in as need on other sections of their house. The carpenter was truly gifted and went above and beyond to match our trim work. All of their crews were extremely hardworking - often staying dawn til dusk and on weekends. Our biggest challenge was communication- the person who put together our initial quote didn't seem to be in sync with the project manager and the project manager clearly had some other big projects that required a lot of his attention. On a day-to-day basis, this meant that the crews didn't always have clear instructions and often looked to us to help clarify the tasks. A few mistakes were made along the way (a window broken and a molding destroyed) - but the company always made it right and gave us credit when it came time to settle our bill. On the whole, we are thrilled with how our house looks and felt that the cost was reasonable given all that we had done.
