We did not end up using there service in the end. 

The service was terrible. I waited 6 months to get the plans, and it took them 15 minutes to do the plan which was terrible. I had to bug him forever to get the plans after he came. I just threw away the $99 away.

They experience was good. I didn't end up using them to complete the project. The cost was more than I expected and they weren't available in an immediate time frame to do the work.

Owner visited and took a look at the house and kitchen and talked with us a bit. Then a designer he works with contacted us, made an appointment to review the existing kitchen and talk with us further. We received drawings and layout views about a week later. Designer was very nice in answering a few questions.

We haven't proceeded with any work (yet) but the value of getting some professionally designed plan - especially for $99 - is terrific.

They were very nice people but we did not end up using them.

My experience was fine.  The gentleman was lovely to work with.  Scheduling was fine and we had no problems with making an appointment.

Rusty was great - he had a number of ideas, and was very professional.  He was enthusiastic about the job, and it was easy to get in touch with him.  Our problems came when we were in contact with his kitchen designer (separate company).  Her work was unsatisfactory.  This was the main reason we didn't have our kitchen remodeled by RL Rogers Co.  We've rated the company as "good" overall because of the kitchen designer.  (Rusty did try to help with the issues.)  We would use him again - just not for a kitchen remodel (unless kitchen design co. changed).  Thank you for the work you did for us.

Rusty did an amazing job ! This is a 100 year old property; nothing is level and every floorboard squeaked horribly.
Rusty and Wayne coordinated all aspects of the project which took approximately 7 weeks.
He works with great subs and he handled everything. Each day the home was left clean and secure.
There were many small challenges along the way and Rusty always consulted the homeowners with options to proceed.
The project could not have gone better. And no more Squeaks!!
I look forward to my next project so I can work with Rusty again as He does great work.

We weren't impressed with the plan or the cabinets and also, we weren't really ready to act on re-doing our kitchen. the person who did the disgn was very personable and acted professionally but the plandid not impress us.

It was good. He was very good. He brought in a plumber when it turned out that we needed a plumber's opinion to do it. The quote was a little higher than I expected. I ended up not doing the half bath. I think that it was a very positive experience, except for he promised us a plan as part of the Big Deal and I had to remind him to send it to me. When I got it, it was just more of a sketch than a plan. He was a very nice guy to work with. He was very responsive. I was expecting a little bit more than a sketch and I told him that. He said when we do the work he will do it in more detail.

He came, took measurements and indicated that he would provide plans / cost estimate for bath reno...did not hear from him again. sent e-mail requesting update with no response!

Not well, they were very busy due to the "Big Deal" which was fine because we were not in a rush.  When it was time to do the work they cancelled on us the first time and then missed repeated deadlines to get us the diagrams.

The final delivered product was both very confusing and was not explained at all to us.  I put zero value into what was delivered.  It was a waste of time and money.

provided us with a mechanical drawing of the existing bathroom with few suggestions for remodeling.  It proved difficult to be in touch and to request remodeling services.  Difficult to contact and difficult to make progress.

Rusty and his crew and subs were great to work with.  Rusty outlined the project in advance, kept to the schedule, communicated issues.  He treated the project and my home as though it was his own.  Attention to detail was impression.  I would hire him again without hesitation.  I would and have recommended him to others.

A Big Deal kitchen design.

He came and looked at the bathroom we want to renovate and had some good suggestions. But he didn't follow through with plans. I emailed and called, but no luck over the rest of the year. I have purchased a similar project this week from another provider so I'd just like a refund. The fellow was nice enough and probably competent but got overwhelmed.

Rusty, Wayne, and their entire crew have a fantastic attention to detail and provide fantastic quality. We stared working with Rusty in the beginning of our remodel process and he was able to properly guide us all along the way. Everything went as smooth as we could ask for.
One of the big things with a remodel project is that people are around your house a lot. Luckily, these guys are pleasant and friendly to be around in addition to being very respectful of your home.

He came out and did the measurement and he handed it to a girl name Tricia, she's the one who sent me the email of the plan, she owns a cabinet company. He was very pleasant and it was perfect. I think the price was fair. He was very professional and thorough.

The partners who own and operate RL Rogers are complete professionals.  They performed exceptional work.  They were also polite and on time.  In addition, they kept us fully informed of the work as it progressed and any issues that came up.  Whenever something came up they gave us options and were very clear about costs - something that not a lot of contractors do.  Their sub-contractors were also top-notch.  Last, whenever there was a very messy day (after demolition for example) they made sure that they or a separate cleaning crew came through and cleaned up so that the mess we had to live with was minimized.

I purchased my coupon in Jan. 2013.  In January, I called for an appointment and was scheduled for April 25th.  Rusty Rogers came to our home (on time) and discussed our project with us. He was friendly and helpful.  What we wanted was to remodel just our shower, nothing else.  He made suggestions that we liked very much and gave me a website to check out for seeing what other homeowners had done with similar projects.  We never heard from Rogers again. I started calling in September to find out what was going on, and was informed by a very pleasant woman Jen that they had been overwhelmed by the business generated by the Angie's list offer and she apologized for the delay.  She informed me that our work didn't require plans as such, but that she believed our estimate was ready, and she'd get it out to me by the end of the week.  Two weeks later, no plans. I called again, she said pretty much the same, they'd be sent to me shortly. A few weeks and emails later, I finally got the estimate on October 8.  It seemed high to me, but I need to confirm that by getting competing estimates, which I will.  Hopefully, this will not take an additional 9 months! 
As to whether I would use RL Rogers, I don't know.  I really enjoyed interacting with both Rusty and Jen when I dealt with them.  The "C" I gave them for responsiveness stems from the fact that after April appointment I never heard from them again until I called them in September.  Also, the estimate was delivered weeks after it was promised. Jen personally earns an "A" in responsiveness because she promptly got back to me via phone or email when I contacted her, but the "C" is for the overall experience.  The "F" for punctuality also is for the 9 months (6, if you count from April) it took to do this simple thing.  These things give me pause in considering to use them again.  If I find that their price is competitive, I may, simply because I liked them so much on a personal level, but I would have to be sure they are actually available to start and complete my job in a reasonable time frame.
