Perfect. Richard was prompt, professional, and reasonably-priced. I was impressed that he was such a good COMMUNICATOR, before, during and after the job. (BEFORE included scheduling a visit to prepare a quote, and then scheduling the work itself. DURING included a clear explanation of the job details. AFTER included arranging the town inspection.) Well-done.

They were great! Very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. They had to come back because the fan we bought was broken, and were able to come on short notice and get everything finished. Patiently answered some pretty dumb questions of ours. I would highly recommend them!

Rich came right on time with one one other person and got right to work. He went over again what he was doing, both where upstairs and in the basement where he was putting a new circuit. Overall his communication was great. The end result was perfect. He made sure there was nothing to clean up. Overall a great experience!

RJ is a very good worker. If he think he needs additional help he will bring in a second electrician. Otherwise he will only have one electrician on site. This results in fair pricing and honest work. He is also fast and I feel safe when he is in my home. He is a master electrician and stands by his work. I recommend him to others.
