The water puddled up again the foundation and does not drain away from the house. $240 down the drain. Pun intended.
I also received a notification on non-payment from Renewal Landscaping last April, 2013. I sent more than the required documentation to the company to prove that I had paid them promptly. After 3 or 4 days they finally responded to the documentation that I e-mailed by e-mail a copy of the "paid" invoice.
