Had a great experience with Rainbow!! Made the entire experience which was my first with a water clogged finished basement w/ carpet as good as it can get. They came referred via my insurance company so not sure how much was the bill, but must've been just around 500/-. In general, I do not wish to be in a similar situation again but if I do, I will be calling Rainbow/ asking for them via insurance right away.

They did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond. They removed some material from the house that was not directly related to the job at hand; they called us and asked if it was okay to remove it. They were very proactive in making sure we got repairs done at the right time. They made the whole process absolutely bliss.
