Deciding to remodel the only bathroom was a challenge. Short of moving out, Dennis Molla did everything to make it as painless as possible. On day one, plastic sheathing installed to protect all areas not involved. Dennis, his crew, and his subs were neat and courteous (no foul language). Always "clean as you go". I'm one that asks a lot of questions; Dennis or his crew kept me informed through the five week project. Dennis took care of many details-trash removal, delivery of bath fixtures, port-o-potty, pick-up of tiles... He projected my bathroom would take 4 to 5 weeks -right on. I could set my watch by him. I am very pleased with my new classic bathroom.

They were very trustworthy, clean and efficient.  They communicated well.  Made sure everything was in good repair before and after.  And the craftsmanship was excellent.  I would recommend them highly.

I cannot recommend DM Painting and Carpentry HIGHLY ENOUGH! After going with them for four projects in the past and currently having them work on a fifth, I continue to be ever more impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship. I love their attention to detail. Their communication is clear and honest. Moreover, every project I've had them do has been done in a timely manner and according to schedule. 
I truly believe these guys are greater Boston's best kept secret when it comes to painting, carpentry, and just building in general. 
Dennis and his guys are consummate professionals at what they do, and they're absolute gentleman to boot, which is such a rare combination amongst contractors. 
I've gone with DM for 5 projects in all, 3 in my former condo in Boston, and two in my current home in Brookline. I've had Dennis put crown molding in my bedrooms, a new kitchen, and a new bathroom in my former condo in Boston. Their beautiful work allowed me to make $50k when I sold the place. I then bought a fixer-upper in Brookline and had Dennis and his guys completely gut the whole place down to the studs, and remodel the 1250 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The finished product is breath-taking! They are currently building a one bedroom, one bath in-law apartment in my basement with radiant heated floors. It's looking great already!
What's most surprising is Dennis' prices are incredibly reasonable! Definitely give them a call. You'll be glad to get them. 

I want to hire these guys for every home job we will ever have. Friendly, clean, quiet, efficient, fast and precise. What more could you ask for? They are a perfect team and the work they produce is magazine-quality.

From granite counter tops to plumbing and painting and carpentry we could not have been happier with the quality of the work and timely completion. We would not hesitate to call Dennis and crew for future work in our home.

We recently had DM painting and carpentry paint several rooms in a recently purchased condo and perform some light carpentry work.A flooring contractor had run late completing some new floors, this caused Dennis to get a late start on the painting and repairs. I have to say he went above and beyond to get the most important rooms painted before our move in date.The work was completed with great quality and attention to detail.I have only once in the past had a painting contractor paint rooms for me , and I ended up repainting them myself! This was certainly not the case with Dennis and crew. Dennis is professional and a pleasure to work with. We have some additional work to be done in our home and look forward to working with DM Painting and Carpentry in the near future.
