We hired Kevin to replace our old wooden deck with a composite deck. Deck looks beautiful! Kevin is always punctual and professional. He communicates well. This is our second time hiring Kevin (he remodeled our kitchen) and we would recommend and hire again.

Kevin was wonderful to work with! He stuck to his scheduled timeline and the finished product what exactly as we discussed! We will absolutely use him again when it comes to continuing projects around our home.

First and foremost, we highly recommend KBC Construction! When deciding to remodel our kitchen, we received multiple estimates and found their estimate to be reasonable and the timing worked perfectly for us. Kevin was awesome at communicating. Kevin and Mark would show up when they said they would and kept us up to date with the progress. They were always happy to answer any questions. When there were more than one option, Kevin would double check with us which we preferred. He even made a couple of suggestions we hadn't thought of that made our kitchen even better! We would hire KBC Construction again in a heartbeat!

Kevin and Mark remodeled an existing family room in our basement and added space for a home office. Kevin communicated very well. He let us know when they were coming each day and what they intended to do. We had a newborn in the house and they graciously worked around the baby's sleep schedule. Kevin provided thoughtful suggestions and accommodated some special requests (eg adding Cable TV coax cable and Ethernet cables). I was very pleased with their quality of work that I asked if they would be able to change out the stair threads down to the basement. Kevin's pricing is fair. He's not the cheapest and he's not the most expensive. And, like all good contractors these days he was booking 3-4 months out when we first reached out to him.

We hired KBC Construction for a kitchen renovation project. They took our old deck down and added a new extension of about 100 sq. feet. They did the excavation and installed sonar tubes for the foundation, built the frame, roof, wall, siding, new windows, deck, flooring, cabinet installation, painting, door installation, and among many things. They also replaced our old wood laminate floor with a wood floor, and they took the time to find the wood floor that matched perfectly with the living room flooring even though Lowes was out of stock. We found Kevin to be very easy to work, friendly, flexible and did a few things that we added later on. He paid attention to details and gave good recommendations about our options when we asked. They would clean up after each shift, which is a bonus! Their price was very reasonable compared with the other estimates we got. High quality work, and definitely went the extra mile for us, and we highly recommend them.

Overall, things went really well. As with most projects, it started later and took a bit longer than first anticipated, but Kevin was very communicative and kept us up-to-date on timing. We felt informed about the work that would be done and the price was fair relative to the labor and materials. Kevin did a thorough inspection of all work performed and ensured everything was to our expectations and standards. I would definitely hire KBC again for future projects.

Kevin did a fantastic job renovating our kitchen. He completed the job on time at a reasonable price and the sub contractor for granite was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating as welll. I would definitely use KBC Construction for our next job.

Kevin, Rudy, John and Mark along with all other sub-contractors were terrific to work with on this project, we are extremely happy with the remodel.  Kevin was a professional to work with from day one, he always had time to explain things to us and what was next from day to day.  Always asked for our input and where we wanted certain things before installing and putting the finishing touches.  Answered texts, phone calls, emails immediately and promptly was always available to discuss anything.  We felt so comfortable with the crew that we added other items like new doors, hardwood floor refinishing and closet systems to the project.  Rudy was a pleasure to work with as well, he would be at our home bright and early every day, always available to answer our questions.  We just can't say enough about the entire crew, very professional, terrific carpentry work, polite, easy to get along with and a work ethic that was second to none.

As one can imagine these types of projects are not easy on the homeowners as life is disrupted for a few months and adjustments made to make it through the remodel until you get some of the rooms back.  KBC crew made it as painless as possible, they became a second family to us, we enjoyed our discussions and had a ton of laughs.  They were punctual, professional and finished the project on time as planned.

We would recommend KBC to anyone, pricing is competitive and quality of carpentry is outstanding!

Our home had a very old bathroom that was sitting in a basement that was functional but practically unusable due to the fact that to get to it you had to go down some stairs, walk through a living room and through a mechanical room.  And once you got there the room was tiny and generally uncomfortable.
I talked to 3 different contractor before settling with Kevin and KBC Inc and they were by far the most reasonable as far as price was concerned and he was also very willing to listen to all the requests I had without trying to convince me how difficult it would be or how much more it would cost.  He was really easy to work with, explained the entire process and was able to work with my schedule.  He also kept me up to date with the entire project as it was happening and talked to me about what was going on at all times.   Anytime I had an issue with certain materials or features, Kevin would always have a good suggestion without getting too pushy. Since I was relatively new to hiring contractors he was also very patient when dealing with any and all questions I had.  Kevin and his team were very respectful, professional and all around great to work with.  
The work was extremely well done and me and my wife couldn't be happier.  The last thing I want to mention, because I feel like this is the most important, is that every time I called him, he either answered or called me back within an hour or so if I had to leave a message.  I didn't have to go through a coordinator or a receptionist.  Whenever I called KBC, I called Kevin directly and he almost always answered even late night and weekends.  That goes a long way with me and I find that its very important when dealing with contractors.  I am looking forward to hiring them again with my future projects.

They were terrific.  They were solid gold.  They cleaned up after themselves.  They did a terrific job.  They showed up when they were supposed to.  They were courteous.  They were professional.  They didn?t change their price after the pack.  They were flexible because we had changes with the project and they simply made the changes and there was no back and forth.  The pricing was fair; it wasn?t the highest or the lowest butit was in the middle.  They were a joy to have worked on our house.  We are very pleased witht he work and so our filks have seen it.  I couldn?t be happier with the service.  I would use them again in a heart beat.   

They are skilled and they me insured that everything is everything is fair and square.  They showed up exactly when they said they would and exactly on a certain day.  They waited in the truck before they came in.  They did not come knocking on the door when they were early.  They did not call up to say that they are going to be late.  They were very professional, very responsive and very proactive.  They were extremely professional and I grew to trust them.  I would scared to go with anybody else.  I'd rather pay more for their honesty, quality of service and for the experience that I had than with somebody else.  

Kevin did a nice job on the work, explained what he was doing and why and offered suggestions on choices but wasn't pushy.  For example, we didn't want to spend the money on composite decking at this time; he proposed doing the railings and then we could swap out the decking when/if it worked for us.
He was always courteous, prompt and responsive via phone or email.  We would hire him again.
