Beware of dealing with JustBuilditLLC and owner Orazio Guevara. As a result of my dealings with Orazio, I have had to withstand a mechanics lien placed on my property and a lawsuit from a subcontractor that he failed to pay. Only after Orazio was included in this law suit did he then pay the subcontractor. There are many other construction issues as well, but for now I will recommend anyone that is considering dealing with Orazio to look him up in the Massachusetts Court system to see just what type of guy you would be dealing with. Go to masscourts.org and look up Orazio Guevara. As of 4/4/19 he currently has two pending lawsuits against both him personally and his business JustBuildItLLC in Middlesex Superior Court. There are other prior suits listed against him in family court and in Woburn District Court as well.
