The backsplash looks great and I think Michael did a great job. It was my own design and he was easy to work with as the design developed. He showed up late a couple of days and what was to be a 2 1/2 day job turned into 4 days. It sometimes took a couple of calls to get hold of him. But I do think he did a great job and would recommend his work.

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

Imperior is a good company. They show up on time and work effectively to get the job done. We had no complaints with them because they were quite accurate and precise. That is what we like to see.

Michael was the only contractor who actually answered his phone (as opposed to leaving a v/m). He came to our house the next day to provide an estimate; we hired him on the spot. He did the job a week later, on time and done very well.

The day I called Michael, he was able to come out and give us an estimate. He was so friendly that I didn't even look at anyone else. He was booked out for over a week, but since it was a small job he said he would try and fit us in. We needed to reschedule a few times since, but he always let us know in advance. Even though we said that we didn't care about matching the new tile to the old tile, he managed to find a piece that is nearly an exact match - and brought in handfuls of samples for me to review. He did his job quickly, quietly, and neatly. I would certainly use him again. He also does bathroom remodeling.

Job 1. Michael was extremely fastidious in his approach to my house and the job itself. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out issues we hadn't even noticed before he began work. We're very pleased with the results and will be using him again! Job 2. OUTSTANDING JOB, VERY CAREFULLY PLANNED OUT AND EXECUTED. MICHAEL REALLY WORKED HARD ON THIS ONE, AND THE FINISHED JOB IS BEAUTIFUL. HE'S VERY CAREFUL ABOUT KEEPING THINGS CLEAN DURING THE JOB.

PREVIOUS CONTRACTORS WORK WAS VERY POOR AND MICHEAL CAME OUT AND MADE SEVERAL RECOMMENDATIONS. ESTIMATED 4 DAYS OF WORK AND IT TOOK 7 DAYS AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE A DIME MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. VERY THROUGH, HANDS ON, WOULD RECOMMEND HIM IN A HEARTBEAT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. HE'LL GET THE JOB DONE AND HE'LL DO IT RIGHT.

MICHAEL WAS PROMPT AT RETURNING CALLS AND ADVISING IF HE WOULD BE LATE. THIS WAS APPRECIATED. HE WAS VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED AND WHEN HE CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE HE WAS CANDID ENOUGH TO ADVISE ME NOT TO REPAIR SEVERAL KITCHEN FLOOR TILES (WHICH I HAD ASKED HIM TO DO) BECAUSE HE SAID THAT OVERALL THE KITCHEN FLOOR WAS DONE IMPROPERLY (WE HAD JUST MOVED IN) AND I SHOULD JUST SAVE MY MONEY AND HAVE THE WHOLE THING DONE CORRECTLY - OTHERWISE I WOULD JUST BE CALLING HIM AGAIN A FEW MONTHS LATER FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. VERY GOOD AT TAKING THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HIS WORK.

MIKE WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE A DELIGHT TO HAVE IN OUR HOME. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE CONSIDERING HE NEEDED TO STAY THREE FULL DAYS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE FROM THE PREVIOUS CONTRACTOR. UNLIKE THE OTHER CONTRACTORS HE DID NOT COMPLAIN, CHARGE US MORE, OR GET FRUSTRATED. TILING IS REALLY AN ART AND MIKE IS A PICASSO
