Both Tim and Kevin seem like very nice guys, however, I had the following issues with service: 1. Cut base of tree in wrong direction which knocked down a portion of our stone wall (currently working with their insurance agency to recoup cost to have wall fixed.) 2. Let heavy limbs drop in such a fashion that caused signifant damage to lawn. Had to fill damage with sod, reseed and fertilize. 3. Parked and loaded truck on lawn twice despite "no heavy equipment on lawn" guarantee. 4. The Company was supposed to return to grind the tree stump (for an extra fee that I had not yet paid) and provide a quote on planting some replacement trees and bushes. They never came back, provided quotes or returned phone calls (even after speaking with Tim asking him to call me back one way or another). But other than that, they seem like very nice guys. Maybe they have too much business handle.
