The experience went well. I called him to ask for a quote. He came by promptly and quoted the job and it was all finished within a week or so.

It went extremely well. I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom; it ended up exactly as I envisioned it would. As with work in any older home, there were a few surprises, like when we discovered there was no sub-floor in my bathroom, or that previous workmen had sawed nearly completely through my floor joists. It's reasons like this why the final price exceeded the original estimate. Frank rolled with them well, everyone adjusted, and everything got done. I also loved that Frank acted as the foreman for the plumber, electrician, and painter as well, taking that responsibility off of of me. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home every day, regardless of whether I was there or not. He also introduced me to quality tradesmen (plumber & electrician) whom I could (and have) used again. He took great care to clean up at the end of each day, making it so much easier to live with the process. For someone who was new at this, it couldn't have been a better experience for me. I intend to call Frank again when it's time to do my kitchen.
