Not well. He spent a total of 45 minutes in my attic and after payment, said he would email me the certificate of completion and guarantee. After 1 month and multiple phone and email requests, I have received nothing showing that mold remediation was performed. The dark mold stains are as dark as ever. In short, I paid for a service that I have no idea if it was completed properly. Other mold remediation companies have told me this is usually a 3 to 4 hour job. Final thought. Never use this company.

Working with Chris was a wonderful experience. We had four other quotes before hiring Green Options and Treatment. Chris was the most knowledgeable, responsive, and KIND. Chris was patient with us while he thoroughly explained his approach to removing the mold. He did not use scare tactics to try to convince us to hire him. He worked with us to not only resolve the mold problem, but helped us to understand how to prevent it from returning. Because we have 3 young children with asthma we needed to address the problem quickly and Chris fast tracked our job. The results were incredible. The mold is 100% gone and there are no stains or indications that there ever was mold in the first place. I would HIGHLY recommend Green Options and Treatment you will not be disappointed.
