This was the worst experience. Mark came out to look at our jacuzzi tub motor and seals which needed repair/replacing; he was punctual, quite nice, and seemed to know his stuff. It was all down hill from there. He took a part with him and claimed he needed to order more. Fine, but nothing happened and when we finally reached him, he claimed he was waiting for our parts deposit. Like fools we sent him a check. At that point, our tub was unusable and he disappeared. It took him several weeks to respond to any of our calls; he never gave updates and left town for weeks at a time. Without warning, he came by the house (while we were out) and left a note on the door and the part on the porch claiming he would be back to install it. After several more weeks/calls, still nothing. We had to call someone else to bail us out and he couldn't even use the part Mark left because it was incomplete/incorrect. We had to start all over again and we're out the $125 for the part. Steer clear.
