Allen showed up in the afternoon, and took less than ten minutes to diagnose the material and job. Called in the order to his assistant, who was at the supply store. When the assistant arrived with material the T piece that was needed was missing due to availability. Allen was able to fabricate the piece he needed on the spot. Amazing! Also advised against replacing mixing valve, since we're getting hot water, and plan to replace burner in the near future. Also provide me with a name of a competent furnace service person. Highly recommend Allen and his team.
