Fantastic Company! From Jeannine the owner to Cate who takes calls and bookings to Jason and his crew. They excel at the service they deliver. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. From the first contact with American Clean Air to completion of the job, we dealt with a very professional staff and workers. The crew Justin and his partner showed up on a Saturday on time ready to work. We have a smaller home, ranch style. Originally was told it would take 3-4 hours. Well almost 8 hours later the job was completed. Justin brought me down to the basement on a few occasions to look at the amount of dust, wood, kids toys and just junk he was getting out of the duct work. I could not believe how much stuff was inside them. This company uses top notch hepa machines and tools that scrub the inside of the air ducts. It’s just amazing. This is not one of those companies that give you a price of $89.00 and then use forced air to clean. This is a company that uses all of the top equipment for this type of work. We could not be any happier. If you are looking for a professional air duct cleaning, look no further. I guarantee you will be happy. Again, it’s not cheap but anything that’s professional and works is not. Thank you for a great job Justin

I have used American Clean Air on my two most recent homes. Many duct cleaning companies claim to clean the ducts, but only reach in from the openings and vacuum what they can reach. This company has equipment that allows them the thoroughly clean the inside of all ducts, supply and return. And they also clean the furnace itself. Both times, everyone in my family could immediately feel the difference in our air quality. When we moved into these homes, 25 and 37 years old respectively, we were breathing in all the dust, pet dander and whatever else of all the previous owners. Once that was gone, our runny noses immediately cleared up. In addition to being so thorough with the cleaning, the team also makes any minor improvements to the system they can. For instance, in my current home, they re-attached two supply ducts that had dropped down from the openings in the floor, and used special heat tape to narrow the openings on other supplies so the grill fit more securely, in both cases eliminating heat loss under the floors, and directing more into the living space. I could not say more positive things about this company and their workmanship and ethics. Their price may be a bit higher than others you compare, and that is likely because the scope of work is entirely different. ACA is the crème de la crème, the absolute best at what they do.

The experience was fantastic. Prior to hiring American Clean Air, I hired a different company that didn't go the job promised and used harsh chemicals in my home. Jason from American Clean Air came by immediately and remediate the situation. Jason was thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend using American Clean Air to anyone.

They did a whole-house vent cleaning for us in February, 2018 - a job that that the previous owners had not done in over 40 years. We found them to be knowledgeable, hard working , efficient and friendly. The job was completed ahead of schedule. They even offered to show us the "stuff" that had been removed so we could see the results of their work. I would easily recommend them for this type of work. There seems to be a lot of low- priced vent cleaning operations out there that provide questionable service to make a quick buck. As far as I am concerned, this is not one of those companies. To me, they were professionals - from the initial contact person in their office to the technician who does the work.

Prompt reply to my call after I left a message. It was a busy week of bookings, but they put us on the wait list for cancellations, and an appointment popped up the next day. Jason arrived promptly, was very professional and informative, shared tips on how we can make small adjustments to alleviate the built up lint on our own, performed the cleaning effectively, cleaned up every last bit of lint, and came in exactly on the quoted price. I would definitely recommend this family-owned business and will use them again in the future.

Great! Today it was 90 degrees! These men earned every penny. The filter on the giant vaccum was overloaded with debris, including the remnants of 3 golden retrievers! (Special thanks to Tom for carrying my window AC that had to be returned down the stairs for me!)

Jason and Mike were top notch in all respects. The arrived punctually, worked deliberately and thoroughly for 6-7 hours. Our newly constructed home's ducts were extremely dirty from the builder's failure to seal off vents during construction. Jason patiently described what they were doing and why, and offered advice on future care. All services contracted for were fulfilled, with no attempts to press for add-ons.

Jeannine was the first of 5 companies I called off of Angie's List who returned my call. The others took 2-5 days, she called me within 24 hours. She was very upfront about the pricing and service that they provide. She was so honest and forthright, that I didn't feel the need to give anyone else the opportunity to provide a quote, although I may have been able to save a few hundred dollars by doing so. A credit to Jeannine and her honesty. There were no games or hidden agendas, and she made that very clear that the quote would be between $1050-$1250.
The service technicians, Jason and Colin, were very punctual. They arrived 1/2 an hour before 8am scheduled time of service and texted me that they were out front and ready whenever I was. The two of them spent about 7hrs cleaning all of the ductwork in my 1,600 sqft home . Jason went above and beyond by explaining everything that he was doing and why. He did not cut corners and made adjustments and improvements that went beyond his scope of work.
The price, although seemingly higher than competitors, I felt was within reason based on the fact that an entire day was spent at my home and they worked through lunch.
I would highly recommend American Clean Air to anyone considering this service, and I have already done so to family and friends.

I discovered the dryer vent was so blocked, my dryer shut itself off. I called late morning, and at lunch time two gentlemen showed up and had everything fixed in a short amount of time. They were polite, friendly to me and my kids, and took the time to educate me about the work they were doing. I couldn't be happier.

This was my second time working with American Clean Air. My entire experience from booking the service to the service itself was great. Jeannine was such a pleasure to talk to on the phone when I scheduled my appointment. They had a huge job and couldn't come out for my job the week I wanted, but when their schedule freed up unexpectedly, Jeannine called me to see if I still wanted them to come out early. That worked out perfectly and I was so glad Jeannine remembered I wanted them out sooner.
Jason (Jeannine's son) and his team were absolutely wonderful. They were on time despite the crazy traffic into the city after the blizzard. And because of the blizzard, I had so much snow in my driveway that Jason couldn't fit his van and run the hose from the van to the basement. His team quickly shoveled my driveway (what a bonus!) and squeezed the van onto it. I felt so bad, as these guys worked so hard to clear the snow and make a parking space for themselves.
Once they got their equipment set up, they were quick and worked nonstop to clean the heating system. They even vacuumed my air filter, which extended the life of it. Jason showed me some unique things he noted about my system which were great to learn. He gave me advice on when to clean my dryer vent.
