My wife and I hired Lac to move a slider and add some windows - out of all of the people we contacted for estimates he was the only one who consistently returned our emails and delivered an estimate when he said he would.
The work took about a week to complete, he and his crew were on-site every morning at 8 am (give or take a few minutes), and wrapped up by 4 or 5 in the afternoon.  They were considerate about putting runners and dropcloths down in all of the work areas, and made sure that they had the house opened to the outside for the bare minimum amount of time while the windows were being installed.  We're extremely happy with the end-result both in appearance and the quality of the work.
We would absolutely hire Lac again, he was very easy to work with and did a great job of communicating schedule, status, bringing potential issues to our attention and making suggestions for how to solve those issues.  Based on the other estimates we received as well as observation of the amount of work involved we feel that his pricing was reasonable and appropriate.
Definitely a thumbs-up from us, we definitely recommend his services!

I had an excellent experience with LT Construction. I was provided with a fair estimate quickly and efficiently which was a nice change of pace after reaching out unsuccessfully to some other contractors. The work speaks for itself. I had my entire kitchen renovated (in less than a week!) and I could not be happier. Lac and his crew are skilled, professional and courteous. My place was clean at the end of each day and they were very respectful to my neighbors which was a nice touch. I also appreciated that they kept me informed of their progress throughout the entire process. I love my new kitchen and would not hesitate to use them again for future remodeling projects.

LT construction deserves all of the high ratings it gets.  Lac is a great guy, professional, punctual, fair, and does exactly what was promised with good quality.  Works tirelessly on the job.  Provides pages of references, pulls proper permits, completely on the level -- never any worries going with LT.  Highly recommended, and will be using for several future projects.

Lac and his team work quickly with accuracy in everything they did.  If there was any delay (due to things happening on my part) it was handled professionally and what every they said, they did.  It is an honest, trust-worthy company that I would hire again in a minute.
He gave advice where needed but did not insist his way or the highway.  He did not deviate from his original quote at all.
The two apartments look beautiful and it is because of the work LT Construction did.

Mr. Truong is a lovely man who carried out his work in a friendly, yet professional manner.  He was speedy with his work completion, and very courteous on all communications.  He worked diligently, along with his workers, and did an outstanding job.  The building inspector even commented on what a fabulous job he had done.  Not only that, but Mr. Truong and his workers conducted the job during our recent heatwave without many breaks.  My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the finished product - we have a lovely closed in porch/mud room with a beautiful seasoned-wood entry - it looks fantastic and he even did a grand job with trying to match the siding.  His estimate was much lower than the competition and we are very, very pleased we chose LT Construction.  We will use them again for our next job, no hesitation.

We've used LT in the past and we have always been impressed with response time and how fast the work gets completed. We added some storage space into some attic space, including a door way to enter, we also added a cat area (door, cat door underneath our stairs in the basement. Work was completed early and well, There was one minor issue that needed a correction but Lac was at our house the following day to address it. Will use LT for all of our future home improvements.

Excellent experience. Returned my call within 30 mins and checked out the issue the same day. Provided me with a fair price (received three quotes) and received his pricing that evening via email. Scheduled and completed work one week later. Assessed several other problems in the house and helped us to prioritize. Also provided info. and tips on things we can do ourselves.

I signed my contract on a Thursday and they came out the following Monday. The owner was onsite every day and kept me informed throughout the entire project. They did a beautiful job, it came out lovely. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to others.

The crew showed up on time and stayed through the day and into the late afternoon when it was dark (EST) and finished both windows, installed the new front door and storm door, replaced and rewired the new front door entry light. They were careful to place a a linen canvass from outside of the house into the rooms in which they were working so as to not soul the wall-to-wall carpeting. They did not rush the job and spent a good deal of time doing the job right. We were delighted with the quality of the work and their comments on what should be replaced that couldn't be seen until the window casing was removed...they wanted to make certain that we saw this condition before he proceeded and was given the green light to proceed with the extra work and costs......
He also stated that if we should encounter and problems or questions, we should call him. This is a good thing  :)
If you are looking for a fair, reputable, and professional company to do any remodeling in your him, this company is THE one.
In case you may wonder about my judgement of this company, I was a police officer for 35 years with experience in dealing with general complaints of false claims, contract violations, etc.and crime prevention, and working very closely with senior citizens are are scammed/swindled than any other age group. I stand by all my comments 100%.

LT Construction showed up on time to provide a free estimate.  After being awarded the job, they gave a date for the work within 7 days.  They confirmed that they would do the work two days prior and called the morning off the job to confirm some information.  The arrived on time and worked professionally.  The job was done with good quality and they cleaned up everything and took it away.  I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

We ran into issues with the permit an LT Construction worked with us through a long zoning appeals process.  Once construction was approved by the city it happened on time, quickly, cleanly, and exactly as planned.  There were literally no surprises. 

An excellent experience which I would recommend to a friend and seek out again if we have the need.

Overall great experience. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Always punctional and worked with us on changes, issues, etc. I will certainly use them in future for any other projects.

Excellent service from start to finish

This past winter I had interior water damage from a roof ice jam resulting in an insurance claim. I also had a big chunk of ice fall from the roof that warped my basement bulkhead. I contacted 4 contractors who all told me that I needed to replace my entire roof which is 6 years old, demolish a closet that started to get mold, replace and paint interior ceilings, replace light fixtures and replace some cedar siding. Estimates ranged from $19,000 to $41,000.  Then I joined Angie's List and in my research found LT Construction, who had excellent reviews.  The owner Lac Troung came to examine my damage and said " to be perfectly honest, you do not need a new roof ".  I couldn't believe it.  I did need to replace a section of 25 year old cedar clapboards and repair a section of my roof that leaked, demo the closet and replace some light fixtures and the basement bulkhead which Lac performed for $5,700.  I painted the ceilings myself.  Lac and his helper Bruce performed an excellent job of repairs, using the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship.  The roof patch matched the color and levels of the rest of the roof so that you can't even tell the work was done. The closet repairs were professionally done and Lac even included some new shelving and flooring. A new bulkhead was installed as well as the installation of new interior lighting ( which I bought separately ) and exterior lighting ( which Lac purchased ) were included in this price.   Lac and Bruce were extremely professional, answered all my questions in a polite manor, showed up on time and stayed until all the work was performed to my satisfaction.  I would definitely use LT Construction and Remodeling for future projects and would highly recommend them to others.

This is a summer home that has had several "do-it-yourself owners". The resulting structure presented several challenges to renovations. The original estimate did not include some of the problems that were uncovered during demolition. Lac was very skilled at correcting and working around these problems. He was always responsive to questions and patient with changes and add-ons through the coarse of the project.

They are excellent. Their price and follow through are also excellent.

He is honest and a reputable contact. He is the best contactor that I have ever dealt with! The owner is very professional, detail oriented, and experienced. He makes himself available during the remolding process if you ever have a question. I recommend him without reservation; he also guarantees his and finishes ahead of schedule. I have plans to use him in the spring!
