+ -1 moreTHIS BRIEF EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT THOUGH DISHEARTENING. CROCKER DOES WONDERFUL WORK, ESP. ON SLATE ROOFS. HE'D DONE MY NEIGHBOR'S ROOF AND I REGRET (ERGO THE ''DISHEARTENING'') FAILING TO HIRE HIM AS OUR ROOFER IN THE FIRST PLACE. HIS REPORT WAS THOROUGH, INTELLIGENT, AND FAIRMINDED. DAVE CAN SEEM A BIT LARGER (AND LOUDER) THAN LIFE. DO NOT, AS I WAS, BE PUT OFF.
Description of Work: SURVEY OF NEW ROOFING JOB PRIOR TO FINAL PAYMENT TO UNPROFESSIONAL ROOFER. CROCKER SENT FOUR MEN ON/ALL OVER OUR ELABORATE VICTORIAN ROOF TO DOCUMENT PROBLEM AREAS WITH DIGITAL CAMERA. TWO DAYS LATER RECEIVED A WRITTEN 2-PAGE REPORT, CONSISTENTLY REFERRING TO PHOTOS ON CONTACT SHEET. RATINGS OF EACH WORK AREA.
