Mike responded within a day after I left a message. He came out a few days later and examined the hot tub and confirmed my suspicions that the pump was defective. He ordered a new pump which took a week and returned promptly to replace the unit. He was prompt, attentive and courteous. I would have him service my spa anytime and highly recommend him.

I found Mike online and have been so pleased with him. He ordered us a new pump and totally tightened up the leaks and replaced a few fittings that were worn. The tub is working great now and I am so pleased with Mike.
