 + -1 moreMike responded within a day after I left a message. He came out a few days later and examined the hot tub and confirmed my suspicions that the pump was defective. He ordered a new pump which took a week and returned promptly to replace the unit. He was prompt, attentive and courteous. I would have him service my spa anytime and highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreI found Mike online and have been so pleased with him. He ordered us a new pump and totally tightened up the leaks and replaced a few fittings that were worn. The tub is working great now and I am so pleased with Mike.

Bay State SPA TECH offers the following services: SPA TECH specializes in the repair, maintenance, accessory installation and cleaning of hot tubs and spas, as well as the repair and replacement of pool filter pumps. Fixing leaks, solving tripping breaker issues, replacing broken heaters and therapy pumps, valves and fittings, etc. Also full cleaning and water change service and yearly performance, leak and safety checkups.
SPA TECH does not sell hot tubs. SPA TECH can assist you in buying a hot tub or portable spa by performing a pre-buy inspection and can help you with placement of your new or used hot tub, but does not offer a moving or installation service.
