+ -1 moreWe arrived at the showroom and as we entered there were no salespeople or anyone else to be seen. We found our way to the appropriate section of this large facility on the second floor. There we encountered a woman behind a desk and asked for assistance. She immediately came to our aid, listened to what we wanted, what our unique requirements were, and accompanied us to the displays t hat were relevant to our needs. We were able to accomplish our errand in short order. The faucet has worked as she said it would.
Description of Work: We purchased a new faucet for our kitchen sink. The woman who assisted us was knowledgeable and helpful in terms of finding the appropriate piece for our kitchen.

Description of Work: I would not purchase anything from this company. The staff is so rude and the products overpriced. They try to sell you the most expensive product and then refuse to help if you choose something lesser. They OBVIOUSLY work on commission. One of the staff members also made a rude comment to my baby that was fussy because he was hungry. I am doing two major bathroom renovations and would choose any other company to give my business too. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!
