PERREAULT NURSERIES

The so-called contract that I signed did not have a diagram or plan or description of what they were doing......it just contained a list of plants. For example they listed two holly plants. I'm not a gardener but even I know that there are a lot of varieties of holly plants. I went back several times and asked for them to at least draw me a rough plan of what they were intending to do. They agreed but each time that I went back there was nothing for me to look at. The list included a number of different plants and a reference to eight perennials. I asked which ones? What do you want, they asked? I don't know.....that's why I hired you. I called on August 12th. I was told that Jen would call me on the 13th. Late in the afternoon on August 13th I called again. At that time they told me that the soonest that they would be able to get to me would be either August 23rd or August 26th. I repeated that I was having a wedding at my home during the first week of September. She said that it was a small job and they'd only need one day to get it done. I said yes, but that I wouldn't have any grass with only about ten days before the wedding. She said that she'd give me my money back. I said that I would see if I could find someone else but to keep my scheduled date. They acted as if I were bothering them and being unreasonable. Today, August 15th, I received a check refunding my deposit. This is the biggest nursery and landscaper in my town. I thought that they would be reliable. I was wrong.
