From the moment I walked into the showroom until our new bathroom vanity top was installed we were treated very special. The granite selection process was easy. The amount if granite available to choose from was immense. When it came time to measure the template the technicians were thorough, professional, and exacting. Later, When we needed to make an adjustment to the layout before the stone was cut, it was not an issue.

Fantastic.  I met them a Home Show in worcester.  They were helpful.Dropped by their showroom on route 20.

We choose our granite... and within 1 week they had it installed.
Had someone come out and measure it - very professional, very clean.
The Guys who did the work, very professional and they seamed the granite perfectly.
Now here is the kind of company this is:
When they installed the granite countertop first, the slab cracked by the sink.  (Very weak area due to configuration of countertops and sink)  This company, took that slab back to factory, fabricated a brand new piece and had it installed the next day. 
100% Professional.  Every Contractor should strive to be as good as these folks.Well worth it.

Our first stop in the hunt for granite counters was L&M in Oxford Ma basically due to their close proximity to our home. My impression of the salesman Joe Ricardi was he was personable and helpful. We received a couple estimates from Joe and were never pressured in any way. We checked out two other locations in our area and even had one with a slightly lower price. I went back to L&M due to the personality of the staff, all very approachable and helpful guys.
I placed an order and booked a date for the measurements to be done, during a second trip back to place a deposit I noticed a sample of a very interesting stone and asked Joe to work up an estimate on this product. I was surprised to find out the added price was still in my budget and changed our mind to this new product. Joe was not at all troubled by this change, i even offered up an apology for the change and he stopped me to say this is all part of the process and making me happy was his goal.
We also met up with Rick and he was as helpful as Joe.
The measurements and template were done by the owner, he was a very humble and quiet guy, if I was not told he was the owner I would have thought he was of their employees.

I have been working on my home for 20 years, this is the first time my experience with a company has me so thrilled by their work and service.
