 + -1 moreAndrew Streeter from Koopman came out to the house twice before the windows arrived. Once to review the plans, show me windows and then follow up with a quote. Once we decided to move forward with Koopman, he came out again and checked all the architects measurements and gave some great suggestions for our Integrity windows by Marvin. He found some discrepancies in the architects plan and made the changes. (Thankfully!!!) The windows came in, as promised and on time. As we had added on to an old house, some of the house was 2 x 4 construction and other was 2 x 6 construction. There had been an error on a few windows being ordered incorrectly b/c of the old construction, however Andrew quickly fixed the error as quickly as possible to my utmost satisfaction. I couldn't have been happier with Koopman and their sales rep Andrew Streeter. He was confident and had a lot of knowledge regarding windows. I would recommend Koopman Lumber again in a heartbeat. And, I love my Integrity Windows by Marvin!!
Description of Work: Koopman measured and priced out new windows for our old 1926 home as well as windows and door for a new addition. Pretty much the entire house was outfitted with new windows and doors by Koopman.
