Diamond Construction had excellent follow through, great communication, clear understanding of the progression of the project. They seem to be in high demand and I had to wait a little bit before my project got started, but the wait was worthwhile, and I highly recommend them.

The shingles clean-up were finished quickly, but left the dumpster in the driveway! It is still there, with no vehicle access to the garage. It has been 6 days!

Please know that we have informed the dumpster company that they have to pick up the dumpster right after the project and we have done several follow-ups, but they told us that it is a busy season for them and having fewer people working for them, they will try their best to pick it up as soon as they could. I know this is no excuse for what happened, but please accept our apologies and we hope that you are happy with the work that Diamond Construction has done. John is great to work with. He is very up front not only about the cost of the job as defined, but also about the risks of run over when you have an old house (over 100 yrs) where projects always are expensive and unpredictable. Honest guy. No game playing, or “discounts” or 1 day price offers, or other game playing I ran into with other companies who bid on the job. Include him in who you get quotes from and you will notice the difference right away.

Diamond came on schedule to start work . Office manager was fantastic. Jane was Very organized you her way around the computer to pull things up quickly. I give her an A++ .. I owned a fence for 40 years running 4-5 crews . Take it from me donâ t be afraid to hire them .. John was a gentleman and very professional also ..

Diamond Construction gave me a high quality new roof at a great price. All work was done on time and they did an excellent job cleaning the site continuously during the installation. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof. I will be hiring them for additional work I need done for my house.

We hired Diamond Construction to replace our roof. We were given a quote and signed off on and but before we signed off, John did explained to us that the price could change due to the condition of the roof. It turned out that our roof was in a terrible condition, 5 layers of shingles and lot of rotting wood. John and the rest of the crew were all very helpful and professionals. They did a great job and the workmanship was outstanding. Our experience working with Diamond Construction was very good and they more than met our expectations. We will be hiring them again soon to do some other repairs around the house . We are very satisfied with the experience we’ve had with Diamond Construction and would recommend doing business with them.

Diamond contraction Inc. replaced my home roofing at Lowell MA. The employee showed up on time and working hard to get it done as well. the team are organizer , cleaned up all times when they finished. John and Laize easy to communicate and very nice. My roof look nice now with solar vent and ice panel. it is very good company!

Diamond Construction replaced the roof on my home. Laize and John were both professional and helpful. The crew showed up on time and worked all day. Although I would say I am nervous when I have a large project done on my home, Laize and John put my mind at ease. I would hire again.

I have a large two family Philadelphia style home and had a new roof and gutters installed. They were all very professional and courteous, even the installers. They were here every day and would make sure all around my house was picked up and clean before they left. I would recommend them to anyone.

the workmanship was the best, from the first phone call to the completion of the job. they arrived at 8am and were on the roof in a couple of minutes and were there until 8pm. the roof was done, except for some trim work. the next morning they were back and finished the job before noon, the work area was cleaned before they left both days. the work crew work quick, safe and did a great job. From John to the entire crew, I would recommend they to anyone, Thanks to Diamond Construction

The owners do want to provide their customers with a positive experience, however, their installation crew does not care. The crew lied to the owners about things that they did, making my wife and I look like liars. If you hire this company, be sure you are home and watch them closely, Take pictures of any concerns because the owners will not believe you. I will not use this company again and I do not recommend them.

I was very happy with the work they did through the weather wasn't cooperating so the job was not finished on time. But you can't roof in the rain that's okay everything was finally finished satisfactory conditions. very good clean up very easy to talk to and get along with. Very professional roofing company!! No pressure sales. John educated me to the different options/ materials used for 3 different roofing options. John and Laize are great to work with. They did everything that was expected and then some. The crew that came out the do the work were exceptional and payed very close attention to every detail. There was a little hiccup where they had to come back to fix the stove pipe but did so without hesitation. Laize made sure that this was done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Left items broken as a result of force applied on the roof. In hurry to move to the job and left things they moved around all over. Not completely truthful of their service

I am discourage to hear of your negative experience. I would like to take this chance to comment on your points... 1. First of all, I am assuming that you are talking about the skylight which was over 25 years old and falling apart. Our crew are highly trained and qualified. John and I was there checking the project and on top of that, our project manager stayed for the whole time, which was 4 days project. I am sure that we have been truthful of our service. We did exactly what we were supposed on the contract agreement. We cleaned exactly how we were supposed to clean. 2. We called you a few times to make a final walk and it was very difficult get in tough with you. The contract agreement is written that the plywood was not included and by the end of the project, you did not want to pay. We understand that you had a budget but we can not add shingles to the roof if there is rotten wood, thats why we had to add to the cost. 3. LASTLY, We finished all your project, and we have photos of your roof to prove that our crew did an excellent job. Your roof looks beautiful and brand new.
