I had purchased a gas range 18 months ago along with paying an additional $199.00 for the 5 yr. extended warranty. After 18 months, the frame surrounding the glass on the oven door began to pull away from the rest of the door. I called the Warranty Co. and after 10 days they contacted me that it was a cosmetic issue and would cover the repair to the door. This was definitely a manufacturer defect and not cosmetic. I contacted Lambco and was told they would look into it after i sent pictures to them of what was happening. After 10 more days, I contacted Lambco again as I never heard from them for an update and after three phone calls in one day, they finally took my call and said it is cosmetic and I was basically on my own. I found their warranty and their customer service definitely lacking and would no recommend them to anyone.

Found Lambco to price the product at a very reasonable price.  They also made it very easy for me to send for rebates  I ended up with $775 in rebates because the salesman took the time to look them all up.  He made extra copies of the invoices so I could send them along with he rebate form and made copies of all rebate forms for me.  I went to othe dealers and told them to sharpen their pencils but all I ask the was to give me a price.  For the same products I saved another $600.
