Firstly, with the stair and handicapped ramp he came in at almost 1/2 of the other quote we got for the same project. His price was terrific and his work is tight and professional. Included in his bid unknown to us was mahogany stair treads and surface on the ramp. When framing the roof extension he put the plywood roofing at the proper level to mesh smoothly with the original roof after we get around to removing the 5 layers of existing shingles and re-roof. We later asked him to build the extension off our garage to house a woodworking shop and he has continued to perform as we have come to expect him to.
