He is very punctual, calls and comes when he says so. Did a good job for a reasonable price in timely manner. Very straight forward, professional and honest.

Jonathan has been a pleasure to work with throughout. When I first contacted him he was working on other jobs and not available. He was very honest about his timing and the work that he felt was necessary and that he would be able to complete. When he became available he got in touch.
When I asked that he take off shoes, we are a shoe free house, he accommodated without issue.
He has referred me to an electrician and a plumber for work outside of his scope. He is a nice guy, which I really like. I foresee working with him in the future on a regular basis (old home).

As with most old houses it is an ongoing process, unknowns every time a wall is opened. Fortunately for me Jonathan will be part of the process. I wish I had a team of Jonathans to finish the job.

He has come to see the damage; told us what needed to be done and gave us an approximate estimate based on time and materials. He performed the work when it was convenient for us.

Heard about Jonathan through Angie's List. Had him give an estimate to repaint bathroom ceiling. He came when he said he would, was professional and had a positive attitude and kind demeanor. We hired him. In performing the job he again arrived when he said he would, stayed within estimate, and did an excellent job. He followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied with job and sent a holiday card several weeks later! Never have we received a holiday card from a contractor before. Very classy touch from a first class contractor. Will definitely hire him again.

Working with Jonathan could not be a better experience! He does excellent work and is reliable, efficient and an overall pleasure to deal with. Jonathan is meticulous about the finished product and takes great care with his work.

Overall I would say that I wish I had more shelves to build as Mr. Taylor's work is great. I am now looking around for other things to build!
