MORSE INSURANCE

After calling numerous carriers and other brokerage agencies, I called the Morse Insurance Agency in Easton seeking help to get auto and home insurance quotes.  Although I was expressing some frustration from having to call around so much to find reasonable quotes, Lynn Kingsley was very responsive and eager to help and my lack of patience did not deter her.  She maintained a high level of professionalism and quickly made me feel sorry for doubting her ability.  She was able to not only give me the quotes I requested but she also went above and beyond by discussing the coverage parameters with me in detail, by answering every question I had with clear and understandable explanations, and by helping me weed through the options to not only find the most cost-efficient solution but also to feel comfortable with the level of coverage and the quality of the carrier.  Being a very detailed and analytical person I have a tendency to deter a lot of service providers but Lynn rose to the challenge and went above and beyond my expectations.  I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism and I was very pleased with the coverage she helped me obtain.  I will recommend her to anyone I know who is in the market for home and auto insurance.
