They cleaned up. But made a mistake -- ran the mower through our large pachysandra bed, creating a bare spot 6' wide and 20' long. Supervisor, Rich, immediately, came out after I phoned, acknowledged the problem, apologized, and said he'd make sure to re-plant the pachysandra "in the Spring". In the Spring the excuses began. First he said "I couldn't find the right pachysandra". Then he said "I'll be there in a few weeks." Then he gave me a date, but did not show. More calls from me, more promises from Rich. A full year has gone by. Nothing has ever been done about this!!!!! Despite promises. How do you deal with a company that keeps promising to fix something, they clearly made a mistake, and don't take responsibility to fix??? Any help from Grounds Management on this???? We paid in full for the Fall Cleanup, expecting in good faith they'd fix the problem.

They were prompt and professional.  The walkways were beautifully crafted and even better than I imagined. The plantings at the front of the house were a mix of colors and heights and beautifully done.

Rich and his team did a great job removing 6 trees and 6 bushes from my home.  We had 2 large catalpa trees in the back yard 1 was 2 feet from the deck the other 4 feet from the home.  Rich and his team were able to remove the trees without any issues.  He took care of all the stumps for the trees removed and even cleaned up the other tress around the home.  His crew was very professional and took good care of the property while the work was being done.  I continue to use Rich for all my landscaping needs.

Rich and his crew were here early in the morning and work diligently through out my backyard and trimmed bushes into good shape and mulched the flower bed.  They worked until 6:30 PM and made my front and back yard beautiful again.

They are prompt and thorough. They are pretty fast because they have a lot of guys working for him. I guess it's a fair price, I haven't checked out many people.
