"I am sorry you felt this way ALEX. The nails in the driveway unearthed would not have been my fault I was there to pull stumps with an excavator, and the nail would have been from an old job you had there I just raked out the excavator track marks. I raked things out the best I could if you recall I told you that if you did not want to pay to bring in some dirt after the stumps were removed then it would have to be the best I could with the dirt that was there, but the stump is always going the leave some size of a hole that's why I recommend bringing dirt in you said that it would be fine the way it was. The $100.00 more was because when I first showed up you told me what you wanted to have done and I then confirmed that the phone price I gave you would be $500.00 and we agreed and I started the work and you left. When I was almost done a few hours later you came back and said " OO I forgot to tell you about the 3 stumps can you take down the broken branch in that tree? All of this wasn't a big deal, but it is obvious that was more work that you added and it was in another part of the yard so more track marks to rake, more stump holes to rake what I could, and more stuff to dump, and most of all more time. I only add $100.00 for the ADDED work. and then because you told me that you might have more work at ANOTHER RENTAL property you own I emailed you back and was nice enough to knock the bill down to $50.00 which I thought would have helped but then a day after paying I get this review that failed to mention the discount to try and make you happy."
"I am sorry that this customer thought the value for his money was so low but seemed happy with the quality and my customer service. I charged $220.00 for the job. The shell is 38.50 per yard plus tax I brought 3 yards and then spread it out over the area and with fuel I made about about $85.00. so not sure what I could have charged to make him happy with the vaule"
