Fencing Service
Tom Pullin is the owner of Pullin Fence. He gave us a fair price for a fence that was a combination of 4' tall chain link and 6' tall cedar stockade. The chain link is about 50' and the stockade is about 100'.
We hired him because he said he would start right away and because he guaranteed us that no matter what happened with the fence he would fix it rght away. His guarantee is in writing.
It took him longer than planned to start the job and longer than planned to finish.
Within 9 months the post between the second and third section started to fall over and pull the sections beside it down.
Since then I have called Tom dozens of times to ask him to come to my home to fix the fence. He said he would come within a few days. He never did.
The reason I am writing this review is because Tom never showed up to even look at the fence. I have repeatedly called him and he has repeatedly not shown up for appointments. No return phone calls - nothing. Needles to say I have given him more than enough time to respond. A year and a half is a lot more than enough time.
I really feel like a fool for believing he would fix the fence and for waiting as long as I have to write this review because he may have screwed some other people by now.
Now I have a mess on my hands and have to hire someone else to fix my fence.
I would not recommend Tom Pullin of Pullin Fence as a contractor for anything.
