Window Service
I ordered my window through Harvey Industries and paid them upfront. The window were supposed to take 2-3 weeks to come in. The contractor called them after this time and they told him that it would be another week. The contractor called again and they told him another week. On the third attempt they claimed that the manufacturer was causing the delays. I called and spoke with them and the associate I spoke with said the windows weren't even in production because they couldn't find the invoice. The window finally came in today after 6 weeks causing delays in the project. There was no communication from them and they took no responsibility for the problems that arose.
