The carpets are high in quality but were low in price (compared to ones we saw at a couple other stores). All the work was done on schedule, just as promised, which is not always the case in home repairs. The only glitch was that after the carpet was installed, one door wouldn't close properly where the carpet met tile, so we had to hire somebody to adjust the door. That problem may have been caused, however, by original faulty installation of the tile, not by the installation of the new carpet. All in all, we are very satisfied with the job.
