+ -1 moreOn the recomendation of a relative, I contacted David Gonsalves about a residential electrical service upgrade. He stopped by on July 18 to look at the job. He said that the job looked straightforward and that he would get back to me with a price in about a week. I called and left a voice mail around July 30. I never got a call back. I checked with the relative who recommended David Gonsalves, and called again around August 6. I never got a call back.
