She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a number of variegated ferns and a Japanese maple. She gave me a bunch of advise about planting and pruning and general caretaking.

I used them in October and we are still in the process of using them too as we have two gardens that we are redesigning so we have been working with them to design and buy the plants. They are working with us on installing it too. We used their consultation services in the past. They have been very good about listening to our needs and requirements. They are very good for suggestions on plants that do well. We also go to their shop and look at specific items and plants. I would recommend their services.
