They're horrible. My dog was sick and they kept having him back. It literally cost me over $5000 and my dog wasn't any better. He got worse.  I took him to another hospital and they asked if his feet had been checked because they can cause the dog pain. He had diabetes. This animal hospital let it go on for years and I have a service dog and that was not a good put-together. They are only in it for the money and they give unnecessary tests. They rush you in an out and really don't check any animals out. They just give some cockamamie story about your animal and then you just go back, and back and back. It's awful.

I contacted this veterinary hospital to set up care for my cat as I had
just moved to the area. After calling 3 times over several weeks to have his records
transferred to them and reviewed to see if he needed any care, I never
got a return call and was told their fax machine was not working when I
called. They did not appear to care about how long it was taking to
accomplish this and did not even follow up, it was as if had never
called. The vets may be excellent but their office staff needs
training.

Used them for a few years but did not feel like they were responsive to my concerns and I hated the long wait times to pay after the visit.

She has been taking care of my pet for the past 8 years, and I really like her. She is very caring, compassionate and thorough. The clinic hours are convenient, and I am always able to get an appointment when needed. I highly recommend both Dr. Caso and Anchor Animal Hospital

The staff is pleasant and attentive. You can tell they love and respect animals and their owners.

He got all his meds and shots. They are really good.I would give them all A+'s if I could.

The vets name is Cassie Couto. She is a vet executive and she works for Anchor Animal Hospital. They have several vet executives who do this service. I have been using them for 5 years. One of our cats has a thyroid problem and so he needs medication twice a day. We take care of the medications other wise. She took care of our cats for 5 days and she will be here again for 12 days, twice a day to take care of our cats. She has several clients here and so it works out for her. The owner of the hospital is someone we know personally. The hospital is a very caring organization. Cassie is a very caring person and we just feel very comfortable with her.

We have trusted Anchor Animal Hospital with the care of our dogs for three years. They are always available when we need an urgent visit, are compassionate, professional, and more than willing to answer questions. Dr. K. Pietsch is phenomenal, and has provided care to keep our pets healthy, as well as stand with us and support us when it was time to bid farewell to an old friend. She even took the time to write a sympathy card to us in the weeks that followed. Truly an exceptional veterinary doctor.
