The sales person showed us what we wanted to know and wasn't pushy. We came back about 6 weeks later to buy, and they gave us the sale price even though the sale was long over. They delivered the hot tub to our house within a week (would have been sooner except for the Thanksgiving holiday). They evaluated our water sample and provided chemicals. We look forward to having them service our hot tub on an ongoing basis.
