 + 0 moreHe was very accommodating. He scheduled our appt. on a day when I could be home and agreed to stay as long as he had to to get the work done in one day. He had some problems with my old locks, so he went to the hardware store to get them replaced and did not charge me for the replacements. He cleaned up after himself. Several months later, one of the doors failed, it did not latch properly. Tim came back and made adjustments. Then the door failed again, there was cold air coming in around it. This time, Tim ordered a new door and replaced it. He chose not to return the door to the manufacturer under warranty, but did not charge me for the new door. I would definitely do business with him again.
Description of Work: I need to have 2 exterior doors and 1 semi-exterior door (the one between the house and the garage) replaced. Tim returned my call promptly, showed up on time for our appt. to look at the doors and give me an estimate. He was cheerful, friendly, answered all my questions and told me what he thought would work best. He sent me the estimate promptly. He also does general remodeling and I would definitely use him again for another project.
