I am pretty particular and a bit type a when it comes to cleanliness and organization. However, I needed help when returning to work after having my second child. I found Alice to be lovely and sweet. My kitchens and bathrooms looked great. It seems that no cleaning service does a great job at dusting furniture or shelves. I expect things to be moved but that never happened and I found myself redoing it. With that said, the rest of her work was so great and the price as well that she saved me a ton of time and I kept with her. However, shortly before Christmas she texted to tell me she couldn't come to clean because she hurt her knee and that she would be in touch. I have attempted to contact her 5 occasions over the past month but she has not replied. I explained that I understood if she was injured but wanted to know what was going on, but I didn't even get the courtesy of a response. This is so unprofessional. This even after I gave her a nice holiday bonus as well. I am not sure what I did, but clearly we are no longer working together and I would not recommend her to anyone else because of the way this situation has been handled.

Alice did a fantastic job, so much that we scheduled her again before she left. We're glad we found someone we can trust and do a great job! Would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take care of their house!

I work long hours, and wanted to find someone that I could trust completely, and who would clean my house with the care and thoroughness with which I would have done it myself.
I found that in Alice.
When I walk into the house after she has been - the house sparkles, and even smells wonderful! I so look forward to her visits.
She is extremely careful with my ornaments and furniture, and she is equally diligent in tending to everything I ask her to do.
The quality of her work is very high, and I find her to be very flexible when I ask her for changes in the time when she provides the service.
She cleans with high quality products, and even goes so far as to bring the products I particularly like.
I simply could not ask for a better service.

Alice is the best. She is thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

They did an incredible job. It actually took them more than double the man hours quoted, but they stayed until the job was finished. You just don't see this extreme level of going above and beyond in the service industry any more.

Alice did a phenomenal job cleaning our house.  Her attention to detail is beyond reproach.  My wife is very picky about the way the house is cleaned and she was THRILLED with the job Alice did.  Thank you Alice for a great cleaning job!!!!  We look forward to using you in the future.

With a toddler and a large shedding dog, it is no small task to clean our house.  Alice notices every last detail, leaving the house spotless.  We have used a variety of cleaning services in the past.  All of which were disappointing.   I am extremely picky. I want every last streak cleaned from mirrors, every last crumb off of the floors and counters, and the dog fur bunnies gone!  Alice does all of this and more.   She is the most thorough cleaning professional we have ever had.  
Having a young child, we are also very cautious about chemicals.  Alice is very flexible and will use either her cleaning products or products that you provide.   Her materials and equipment are high quality.  In the past cleaners cleaners would use their vacuums, and there would still be fur on the carpet and in the corners.  Alice has an amazing vacuum that finds all of the fur and invisible dirt, leaving area rugs, hardwood and runners so clean.
Alice is very professional and open to feedback.  If you want something done a certain way she will listen and work with you to get the job done they way you want it done.   I highly recommend T&A cleaners to anyone looking for cleaning services.

Alice arrives punctually. She is meticulous and thorough in all she does. My bathrooms and kitchen are positively gleaming- you can smell the clean!!

Having had other companies provide the same service, Alice stands out in terms of the quality of her work.

I have been home for part of the time she is there, she never seems to even stop for air - she touches every corner of every room. She is careful with my ornaments, and puts everything back where it belongs.

She is courteous, and seeks my approval on the products she brings for cleaning - this has never happened before!

She provides this service each week for me, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

We were immediately struck by the responsiveness and professionalism of T&A Cleaners. Alice was quick to respond to our message both with an email and a phone call and then set up a time to come over to our house for an estimate the next day.

Once we'd talked, she quoted a rate that was about what we had expected and seemed reasonable to us.

We weren't home for the first cleaning, but our babysitter who was at home with the kids reported she was impressed with how hard she was working, and it sounded like she worked longer than she had planned (though she didn't charge us any more). The results when we got home were really impressive: everything was shining and clean and she had been quite thorough. She also thought of details like making sure the beds were made and tidying up a bit as well as she went so that everything looked neat and attractive when we got home.

We have one problem area -- a guest shower we never use that was left in pretty horrid condition by the previous owners. We've given it a few good scrubs ourselves to little avail, and Alice made substantially more progress than we had in her first cleaning. Nonetheless, she noted that it would take some time to get fully clean, and made sure to note as much on a note she left and to call and check in with us afterward.

She left a thorough checklist of everything she'd done for us, as well as a note of when the next scheduled visit would be.

Alice has struck us as thorough, professional and dedicated to her business. We are excited to have her working for us regularly.

I think they are fabulous. They are fast pleasant and mostly professional. They were trustworthy what a load off my mind to come home to a spotless and sparkly home. I was given business card from a co-worker. I was planning a surprise birthday party for my fiance. I was not able to find the time to get our home ready for our guest. I was hesitant about someone cleaning my home after all i have been doing it all these years and always received compliments of how nice my home looked. I meet with the team and we booked the date and the rest is history. I feel they were also very affordable when i saw the results. Impressed :)

My husband and I were extremely impressed with how great of a job she did. She arrived on time and took about three hours to complete the job. I had to leave when she arrived but when I came back it felt like a different place. She went as far as cleaning the light switches. Who thinks to clean the light switches. I only think of that when it's flue season. She cleaned the blinds, window cills and I even found our stainless steal trashcan sparkling. Everything else you'd expect in a cleaning service was accomplished and we were very impressive to say the least. We will continue using this company and will request Alyce to come back again.
