Everything went as expected. Scheduling was better than exoected

This company was great they let us spread flooring samples all over their floor while deciding. They gave us a price to install the floor over our existing floor, but when they arrived they found out that our original floor wasn't installed correctly and would need to be scraped off before the new floor could be installed. I asked how much more that would cost and they said they would do it for no additional charge. We'll that took a few hours. They were working so hard scraping off the old floor I felt bad and put out 2 one hundred dollar bills on the counter for them. They said no thank you to the tip. We left it there on the counter and left. When we returned around supper time they were gone and the floor was completely installed. They did a great job. The floor was cut perfectly around all trim edges. They even left the 2 one hundred dollar bills on the island. This company is lost cost and has great installation people.

Needed an old wall to wall carpet re-streched in three rooms. Two people were sent, they were on-time, worked quickly and did a great job. Carpet looks great, total cost $180.00

Overall, it went well. We had a new door put in and the old carpet prevented the door from opening all the way. We could have used a little more input, advice and explanation, but the work was fine. They put vinyl in the area under the door and carpeted the rest of the porch. We didn't get other estimates so I don't know how the price compares but it seemed fair.

The floor is beautiful and they told me how to care for it. The interesting part was that the refrigerator fits in a very small space and originally had to be angled so the doors would close on their own. When they left and had replaced the refrigerator they left it level so that the door did not close on its own. I called them back and they came and they redid the refrigerator for me very readily. They were very agreeable to come back if there were any other problems and they did a great job.
