Ron and his crew are courteous and professional tradesmen. Ron will advise you as to what will work and what won't. If there is an alternative you will know about it. They do high quality work in an efficient manner. They are some of the most ethical contractors I have ever dealt with. I've been doing business with R&R for over 20 years off and on. In my prior house, he put on an addition. They truly stand by there work even after the warranty has passed. I can't recommend R&R strongly enough.

Outstanding work. They presented about a dozen different designs. working with us to get it just right for the space. The designs were significant improvements over the existing layout, providing more storage and work space in a smaller footprint with better traffic flow. Helped us work through decisions on cabinets, counters and floors. Craftsmanship was excellent. Work was done on time, as promised.

They have a terrific reputation and that is why I went with them. The complete design process is done on the computer with layouts. I got a clear picture of what they are doing. We have made all the decisions down to tile, floors and fans. Their renderings are very accurate. They listened to what my needs were and implemented them. They not only worked with everything I asked for, they offered good ideas on better ways of doing things that I had. I had been to just about every kitchen and bathroom shop and asked a lot of questions and ideas, most of which were willing to do the job. But I was picking their brain to learn more and make sure that I was on the right track with what I was wanting done. They have about 4 different projects at the same time that they are trying to complete when they were coming out to look at mine. Every member of the team has been out to my house to look things over directly, but I haven't done anything but sign up for the design. They have started to take some stuff out, but we are not heavy into it yet.
