We’ve used Pri for many years and never had a complaint. It’s always a pleasure to come home to a clean house on cleaning day. Pri is very communicative and flexible.

Used them many times. Was good for awhile but started showing up late, sometimes different girls. Biggest issue was a picture frame was broken and they never told me about it. Only discovered it later on. Big break of trust. If they would have just mentioned it it wouldn't have been a big deal but dishonestly hiding it hoping I wouldnt notice it is very bad.

So far it's going great. We had the initial cleaning which is more expensive. For our 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse, the initial cleaning was $250. The bi-weekly cleaning will be $100. I think that's fair and the house looked great after the initial cleaning. I am looking forward to their next visit.

Priscilla reached out to me almost immediately and was flexible and accommodating. I had her swing by for a walk-through first and we went over the areas she would be cleaning. It took two people 4.5 hours to give my house a deep clean and when they were finished it looked like a model home. I walked around with my mouth agape. They did an amazing job and brought their own products. Just for context, my home is around 2,500 square feet with four bathrooms. I immediately asked for regular cleanings since what they did was so wonderful. If you are looking for someone to deep clean your house or just some regular housecleaning you can stop here.

She is very polite, dependable and has good follow-up. She is very accepting of feedback and tries to achieve everything she promises.

Every surface is wiped down, appliances cleaned, bathrooms scrubbed. It was amazing. There were areas that I didn't know were dirty till I saw how clean she got them. She is very flexible in accommodating. Very professional. My husband and I were very impressed.

Priscilla has been my house cleaner since 2009. I always come home to a sparkling home. Every surface is wiped down, appliances cleaned, bathrooms scrubbed and rugs and couches vacuumed. She is very flexible in accommodating our schedule and working around my young children.

I have hired Priscilla and her team for 10+ years. I have never had an issue or complaint. There is extra effort to perform. It feels like a 'deep' cleaning every time.

I was recommended by friend and I was little hesitent to call them home dure to the previous experiance (stealing and all) but I have to admit that Pri Total Cleaning team is very professional, detail oriented and very trustworthy.

The house looked wonderful, and smelled even better. They are fast, they used all their own cleaning supplies, and took all cleaning related trash with them. My bathrooms and floors were shining and spotless. My sons have dozens of built Legos all over the dressers and on shelves in their rooms. All were removed and replaced for dusting ( not a small job). They were also flexible about schedule and on time.

One of the major reasons I like working with them is trust. That is so important to me knowing I do not have to worry about them in my house when I am not home.
