Eric and his team did very good work and were very professional.   They took great care to avoid injuring plantings around the house when stripping the roof (which was not a small thing, since there were 2 layers of shingles to remove).  "Collateral damage" was relatively minor and forgivable.    The worksite was totally cleaned up before they left each day.   Once the project started, work was done at a reasonable rate (weather permitting).
Eric obviously takes pride in the quality of his work, and was happy to answer questions and to show how work was progressing.  He even did a couple of little things for free along the way  (some caulking that was needed, and he fixed the way a screen door had not been installed correctly, when he noticed it).  
As far as pricing, the "B" is really more of a "B+".   I generally do not pick the least expensive quote.
The "C" in "Responsiveness" is mostly due to my annoyance about email communications being rather poor (other than for billing purposes).    I do not know if email is just not his thing, or he gets too many to handle, but I had expected it to be otherwise.  If you use Eric for a job, then I strongly suggest you rely upon the phone.     I should add that this project took a long time to start  - we tried for last Fall, but the weather turned too cold and so it was postponed to last Spring - which was fine for my schedule, but again, communication with Eric "off-season" was tough and somewhat anxiety-provoking as I had give him 30% down at acceptance of his estimate.   Once work started, Eric was always available by phone, at least.
