Responded to our call for service. Advised on windows and cellar door. Gave us on estimate. Came to do the work when the order for the windows and door were ready. The window and door work went well. The insulation in the storage area needed improvement and has since been done by an insulation company through Mass Save. The insulation on the attic storage room door was applied well. The outside work and the weather stripping of the front door was done on the same day and was satisfactory.

Took a while to get the job started but when he did, he completed it quickly. They seem to know what they are doing. Good quality workmanship. Quoted a price for labor and materials. and delivered for that price. Only some painting remains.

The fence is perfect, and they were wonderful about doing their job. I don't really have anyone to compare their price with, but I imagine they are in line with most other companies. They were courteous and fun to talk to, and they made sure they were not a bother to me.
