Custom Painting

I could not have had a better experience with Custom Painting. Charlie was very prompt in returning my call and very flexible with me as to the timing to come look at the job as I had not yet closed on the house and had to work with the prior owners for a time they would allow me access to the home to do estimates. The estimate was very thorough and he explained to me exactly what would be done in each room. Charlie also asked questions and offered ideas and solutions to things I had not even thought about. He has an eye for color and style. The proposal arrived very shortly after we met to walk through the house and was detailed by room so I could see where the money was going. Custom Painting started the job and communicated regularly on what hours they would arrive and stop for the day. The job was in the middle of February with 2 feet of snow during one storm and again, the communication was excellent. Charlie came during the terrible storm to keep the job moving along as he knew we had only a short window until the movers arrived. The work itself was excellent. Each member of the crew pays attention to detail. As Charlie noticed things in the home that were in need of repair he pointed them out to me and fixed a number of issues, including doors that would not close, hinges / doors that were not properly hung, a shower door that needed to be removed etc. Charlie did many things above and beyond, like cleaning the lighting fixture that is high up in the entry way, while he had the ladders up. Everything is left clean as a whistle each day. Charlie provided references whom I checked in with. They told me much of the same you are reading here. Most importantly, Custom Painting's clients are repeat clients. I am also a repeat client, Charlie and his crew have come to do some carpentry and plumbing work as well. I will be having Custom Painting do the exterior of my home, I doubt I will even shop around for estimates when the time comes.
