Ed is excellent, he explains what he will do, and he does what you want done. He doesn't try to sell you on something you don't need. He completed the job in a timely fashion and since this was for a summer home I was not present when the work was done, but I was completely comfortable with having Ed go into the house and complete the work. Previously Ed has repaired a furnace and exhaust for me and I was satisfied with that work as well.

I think he is terrific. He is very dependable, honest, and straight forward. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He has came through in emergency situations a few times and he even has a key to the home.
