House Cleaning
We have a monthly subscription. Things went very well. The staff was very good. We had no problems. They were very prompt. I've used them for the past two years.

House Cleaning
Average in the beginning. They did an OK job initially; nothing outstanding. I had to call them back twice to spruce up areas they missed. They did not clean all of the areas on their check list. During their last clean, they broke a coffeepot and a handle on a kitchen cabinet; no mention was made of the cabinet handle. I called Eileen who offered to take the cost of the damages off of the next clean. Three weeks later I get a letter that she is closing up shop (letter was sent the day she closed) and she has not returned any phone calls. She owes me about $50 for the damaged items (not including labor to fix cabinet handle).
